A Return to the Iran Nuclear Agreement Would be Devastating

Here’s my stand toward the current situation between Iran and USA. It is lucky for the Iranian leaders that Biden is still in favour of rejoining the nuclear pact. After all when Biden was vice president in the Obama administration, the agreement was reached. Moreover, his comments regarding the nuclear agreement suggest that after he steps into the White House, rejoining it would be a top priority.

Consequently, The US rejoining the JCPOA would, however have a significant effect on regional security and peace. First of all, this will mean lifting many of the existing sanctions against Tehran and allowing the government to rejoin the global financial system. Looking at it, it’s something interesting more than I thought.
