Morocco attorneys record claim against Israel serve

Four Moroccan attorneys have recorded a claim against Israel’s National Security Adviser and Chief of Staff for National Security, Meir Ben-Shabbat, Anadolu Agency revealed yesterday.

Ben-Shabbat is blamed for carrying out an “atrocity and an unspeakable atrocity that killed four Moroccan youngsters” during the most recent hostile on Gaza.

In their assertion, the legal advisors, Abdul Rahman Bin Amr, Abdul Rahim Al Jamei, Abdul Rahim Binbarakah, and Khaled Al-Sifyani, said that they had documented the claim at the Court of Appeal in Rabat.

“Ben-Shabbat was in the activity room close by the previous Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and the Chief of Staff Aviv Kochavi who are answerable for doing the wrongdoing,” the assertion said.

The Israeli occupation armed force completed a significant hostile on Gaza between 11–21 May that caused the demise of 243 Palestinians, including 66 youngsters, 41 ladies, and 16 older.

“The claim is essential for the development against lawbreakers who did violations against humankind during the hostility on the Palestinians,” Al-Sifyani said in an official statement.

He expressed that one of the complainants is the group of a Moroccan young lady “who was Miss Gaza Children and turned into a burned corps after the Israeli animosity.”

Al-Sifyani said the proof submitted included pictures and recordings distributed by the global media.

Ben-Shabbat was among the signatories of the consent to continue the standardization of ties among Morocco and Israel in 2020.
