Report: Russia-hailed ships transport Ukraine grain to Syria

Russian-hailed ships have been conveying grain collected in Ukraine last season and shipped it to Syria, US satellite symbolism organization Maxar said yesterday, Reuters reports.

As per the news wire, Maxar’s pictures showed two Russian-hailed mass transporter ships moored in the Russian-controlled Crimean port of Sevastopol in May being stacked with grain, the organization said.

Days after the fact, Maxar satellites gathered pictures of similar boats moored in Syria, with their seals open and semi-trucks arranged and prepared to pull the grain away, Maxar said. Russia has upheld the system of President Bashar Al-Assad In Syria starting around 2015.

The organization said one more picture from June likewise showed an alternate boat being stacked with grain in Sevastopol.
